5) Standard Job Duties: Responsible for the management of preparing and controlling public advertisements and promotional projects to recruit more students with qualification; Plan, design, implement, and administer promotional campaigns to enhance college’s interaction with the public; Plan and execute advertising policies and strategies for Columbia College; Select media to be utilized and control the process of designing public advertisements of Columbia College; Confer with executive members in connection with marketing strategies; Closely interact with deans, associate deans, head of departments, and other tenured faculties to ensure compliance of on-going promotional projects of Columbia College; Direct, motivate, and monitor the development of on-going promotional projects to advance established goals; Prepare budgets and submit estimates for the established promotional plans; All other administrative duties concerning promotional issues in Columbia College.
